Ethical and delicious - works for us.
When Blue Dragon, the company behind a range of fabulous Oriental food cooking ingredients, got in touch to challenge me to come up with a tasty recipe using a variety of their ingredients, I was a bit nervous as I'm by no means a chef, but I thought it would be fun to try something new!
As I love both Thai and Chinese cuisine, I decided on a 'Thai-Nese' feast, combining my two favourite cuisines in one lip-smackingly delicious meal. Throughout the preparation of my two dishes - Dazzingly Delicious BBQ Duck and Simply Delicious Chicken Skewers, we found the Blue Dragon ingredients a cinch to use, helping to take the guesswork out of ensuring the perfect balance of flavours.

This range of spicy sauces made famous by their recent appearance on the BBC’s Dragons’ Den, was created by Ben Ansah and his partner Sue Youn, who grew up in her native South Korea, perfecting the art of traditional Korean home-cooking at her family restaurant in a small fishing town on the country’s East coast.
The tasty trio of sauces is a celebration of the country’s boldest and most popular flavours including Gochu Jang, a fermented chilli paste unique that is the cornerstone of Korean cooking and Galbi, a classic meat marinade. The range includes:

Yogiyo Galbi Sauce
