If you've ever suffered from irritated skin or eczema, then you need to check out Skinfix, a leading North American skincare range that's great for those with sensitive skin.
The range is completely natural and is an active treatment for skin problems including sun burn, eczema and severely dry and damaged skin. The multi-functional Eczema Balm is great for everything from dry skin patches to scar healing or can even be used as a lip balm and cuticle cream! To put the products through their paces, I had both my mother-in-law and sister-in-law who are both long-time eczema suffers, test the Soothing Lotion and the Eczema Balm. They were thrilled with how quickly the products were absorbed in their skin and loved how they helped to relieve their dry, cracked skin and the itchiness that accompanies it. Overall, this is a great range of products if you have skin issues that need resolving quickly and effectively. http://skinfixinc.com/uk/ A.A. Miln

Introducing the Nu Skin ageLOC® Tru Face® Essence Ultra (RRP £191.05.). Formulated with Ethocyn,® Nu Skin’s firming specialist, these power packed capsules contain anti-aging science to target the sources of ageing that lead to the loss of firmness - perfect for those seeking increased skin definition.
So, what are the primary benefits?
Usage AgeLOC Tru Face Essence Ultra should be applied twice daily for three months as a final step in your beauty routine (post moisturizing) to achieve optimal results. The capsules are incredibly easy to use, simply tear open and squeeze two or three drops directly onto the areas of most concern and then apply a thin coat of the remaining product to the entire face. The results? Soft, smooth skin that looked more refreshed. My husband even used this and his fine lines looked less prominent, which is a great result! http://www.nuskin.com A.A. Miln It's gonna be a 'bryt' sunshiny day with skin this good...When I first came across the Bryt Skincare range, I loved the bright and cheerful packaging, which really stands out. I also love that the range combines the ancient powers of essential oils with advanced photoscience, which involves extracting the purest plant ingredients to cleanse, nourish and protect your skin. The Advanced Phytoscience System (APS), is at the core of the entire Bryt Skincare range. This highly effective formulation includes antioxidant extract from Australian Wild Plums (sounds exotic), including Kakadu, Burdekin and Illawarra. Combined, these products help to detoxify the skin and help with problem skin and blemishes. Aloe vera helps to calm skin, while Allantoin, heals, soothes and moisturises. All of the products within the range are free from parabens, sulphates, silicons and GM ingredients. Sounds good, but does it deliver? I reviewed two products within the range - the Foaming Facial Cleanser and the Calm Serum (for combination to oily skin) - both of which were fab. Bryt Skincare Foaming Facial Cleanser (£12.50 for 150ml) The foaming facial cleanser has a light and airy feel and a lovely eucalyptus scent. Apply a walnut sized amount and massage into skin. After, use the muslin Bryt Mitt to rinse and scrub. The mitt helps your skin feel like it's getting a really thorough scrub, which is great for congested skin. And it's quick and easy, to encourage daily exfoliation. After using, my skin had a really nice flush like I'd just returned from the gym. Bryt Skincare Calm Serum (for combination to oily skin) (£16.00 for 30ml)
Containing the Advanced Phytoscience System (APS), this serum helps to maintain skin's natural equilibrium, making it perfect for those with oily, problem skin. Key ingredients include a botanical blend of Watercress, Nettle and Horseradish, which help to regulate sebum levels in the skin. Kalahari Oil, Linoleic Acid and Omega 6, help to regenerate skin cells and rejuvenate the skin. To use, simply apply 1-2 pumps on your skin by dabbing onto the face and neck and follow with a moisturiser. I found this serum very easy to apply and a few hours after use, my skin remained smooth and shine free. Overall, it's a great product for those with sensitive, problem skin. A.A. Miln |
