MOTHER ROOT SCOTCH BRIDGET
50ml Mother Root
150ml Apple Juice
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
1 teaspoon honey
1 lemon zest
Add all ingredients to a pan and warm (be careful not to let it boil). Strain into a mug and use the cinnamon stick and lemon zest as a garnish.
Make it boozy:
Change to 30ml Mother Root and add 50ml Scotch Whiskey
