Courses run for five full days and six nights and are designed for all levels of ability, from the experienced potter to the complete beginner. Sessions are for a maximum of 5 people and are taught by ceramics sculptor Caroline Winn, who used to work at the Tate and has run pottery courses for the National Trust, schools and galleries. Meals are freshly prepared and use the best ingredients from local suppliers, including the famous fish market in nearby Newlyn and the traditional butcher in Penzance.
